We are excited to share news about a recent session organized by Cipla- a leading global pharmaceutical company trusted by healthcare professionals since 1935 for our fourth and fifth-grade students on 17 January 2024 in Hari Vidya Bhawan. The session, named Tuffies, was designed to enhance the students? understanding of respiratory health, focusing on breathing exercises and creating awareness about asthma. During the interactive session, our students actively participated in engaging breathing exercises, gaining hands-on experience with the importance of proper inhalation and exhalation. The instructors from Cipla also sensitively introduced the topic of asthma, providing valuable information to increase awareness among the children. The *Tuffies* session not only imparted knowledge about respiratory health but also aimed to dispel myths and reduce the stigma associated with asthma. The interactive nature of the session allowed our students to ask questions and learn in a supportive environment.
